Happy Monday! We once again found ourselves struggling to wake up, get dressed, and make it throughout the day without taking a nap. But Monday's don't have to be bad. While social media likes to put a negative stigma on Mondays, you do not have to fall for what everyone else falls for. Instead try one (or a few) of the items on this list to get your week started on the right foot.
EAT A GOOD BREAKFAST
Some people have the wrong idea when it comes to breakfast. It doesn't have to be this super complicated thing that takes forever to make. A small cup of fruit along with some waffles can be enough to not only fuel your body but your brain as well.
LOVE COFFEE? HOW ABOUT SOME TEA?
We know you love your morning coffee but switching over to tea can help improve not only your health but your skin as well. Green tea can be helpful to reducing a breakout and provide clearer, healthier skin.
PLAN OUT YOUR WEEK!
We know the idea of having to plan something can be stressful but by planning out your week, you can actually schedule out your work week along with finding more time to relax and spend time with friends, family or even just with yourself.
HAVE YOUR LAUNDRY DONE AT THE BEGINNING OF THE WEEK.
This one may seem obvious but I can't tell you the amount of times i've ran out of clean underwear in the middle of the week. Having all your clothes cleaned when you start the week allows you to keep the wheels going. Take it from us, having to clean your laundry last minute is not fun.
This is one seems like a no brainer but you'd be stunned by the amount of people who claim they don't need much sleep to get them through the day. We'd recommend sleeping about 7 hours a day. It not only heals and repairs your body, it prepares you for the day ahead. Having a good sleeping pattern will allow you to be more productive throughout the week.
